I am usually involved at some level during the process of a project. Sometimes it's just reviewing the architecture that's being done or mapping out user scenarios/journeys. At other times it's full site IA including site maps and even a first stab at copy. Whenever possible it's good to follow that through to testing and then help the development into design. We wanted to create a site that had a good film search experience at its heart which also showcased film news, trailers and information about Orange’s 2 for 1 offer. The new site has been very successful and the design stylings have influenced much of Orange’s online work since.
